MILWAUKEE MW302 PORTABLE EC-METER

The MW302 EC meter is a portable device designed to measure electrical conductivity (EC) in various applications, such as hydroponics, agriculture, aquariums and more. It comes with a 1 metre cable probe and is powered by a 9V battery. This meter has a measurement range of 0.0 to 10.0 mS/cm with an accuracy of 0.1 mS/cm. It is ideal for use in the field and provides accurate measurements of the electrical conductivity of water or solutions.

Operation of the meter is simple: after switching the meter on, the probe head is immersed in the solution to be measured. The meter automatically captures the ambient temperature before taking the measurement. After use, it is recommended to turn the meter off, clean and dry the probe sensor.

The meter is calibrated using EC 1413 calibration fluid. After cleaning the sensor, it is immersed in the calibration liquid and the value is set on the meter to match 1.4 mS/cm. This calibration ensures accurate measurements.

Regarding the battery, the meter will indicate when the battery is low with a "V" value on the display. It is recommended to change the battery in a safe place and use a 9V alkaline battery.
