1. Scope of shipments

We ship both nationally and internationally. Be sure to check the specific conditions for your region or country.

·         National shipments: We ship throughout Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

·         International shipments: We ship to several countries in Europe, America and other destinations. For more details about cost and delivery times, please contact our customer service team.

2. Delivery time

- National shipments (Peninsula): Delivery times vary between 24 and 72 working hours from the confirmation of your order, depending on product availability and delivery address.

- Shipments to Balearic Islands: Delivery time is 48 to 96 working hours.

- Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Delivery time is 4 to 7 working days. Please note that shipments to these areas may be subject to additional taxes and duties, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

- International shipments: Delivery time may vary from 5 to 10 working days, depending on the destination and customs of each country.

3. Shipping cost

- National shipments (Peninsula): Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the package. The costs will be calculated automatically at the moment of placing the order and will be shown in the summary of your purchase.

- Shipping to Balearic Islands: Shipping costs are higher due to distance and logistics. We will provide you with an exact calculation during the checkout process.

- Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Shipping costs are calculated depending on the volume and weight of the package, and are visible at checkout.

- International shipments: The cost of international shipping varies according to the destination country, weight and size of the package. For an exact quote, please contact our customer service team.

4. Shipping Methods

We work with the best courier and transportation companies to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner. Depending on the delivery address, we will use the services of:

- XPO

- DACHSER

- MRW

- Other courier companies (subject to availability).

In all cases, you will receive a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment in real time.

5. Special conditions for large or bulky products

For products that require special shipping due to their size or weight, delivery times may be longer and additional costs will be specified in the checkout process.

We will inform you of any extra charges before processing the order.

6. How to track your order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and courier company so you can track your order.

7. Problems with shipment

If you experience any problems with your shipment (delay, damaged package, etc.), please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can help you resolve it.

8. Claims for damaged or incorrect products

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Our team will arrange for the return and replacement of the product.

9. Deliveries abroad

When the destination is international, the package may be subject to customs controls or additional import charges that are not under the control of LC DISTRIBUTIONS. Make sure you are aware of any additional charges that may apply before placing your order.
